Leadership is all about seeing things through.  No one likes to work for a leader who is incomplete!

This is a picture of local street corner here in town.  This corner has looked this way for at least two weeks.  Some words to describe this scene are...

• Un-finished
• Un-polished
• Un-professional
• Un-der achieving

As a leader, what is incomplete in your world?

• Have you finished that project that has been on your desk?
• Did you follow-up with that co-worker who wanted some advice?
• When are you going to give that constructive feedback to that poor performer?  It should have been done by now!

If you do not want your employees to label you with the 4 un-'s listed above, you had better get going...
