Leadership and Transparency

I am not here to judge, and I am not here to place blame.

But I am here to help you become the best leader you can be, and Tiger Woods is also giving you a lesson on how to be the best leaders you can be.

At the end of the day, I need you to remember this...

We live in a transparent society.

Everything we do can be videotaped, recorded, YouTubed, tweeted, twittered, blogged, photographed, flip cameraed, phone cameraed, snapshotted, facebooked, my spaced and anything and everything else.

It does not matter if you are a celebrity or just a leader in a small town.  If you make a mistake, it may be made public.

If you do the wrong thing, someone may write about it.

Our culture has a salacious appetite for scandal, gossip, and rumors.  It is not really anyone's fault.  It is just the way it is, and we as leaders have to adapt to it.

So please, continue to make the proper decisions.  As a leader, your future may depend on it...
